IMG_3282Cheray’s unique style of Biomechanical Postural Assessment with Deep Tissue Sports Massage allows her experienced hands on techniques to include Myofascial Release, Neural Muscular Trigger Point Release with stretching in her treatments. She can help with preventing Injuries in specific sports and help with guidance on Rehabilitation. Cheray has worked extensively on athletes in the area for over 20 years and with pregnancy and  new moms helping with postural discomforts and Infant Massage. Her newest passion is in Yamuna Ball Rolling  and she is fully certified  to teach one on one and group classes. She believes in the Yamuna ball work and feels that everyone of her clients  should learn new fun easy ways of stretching to prevent injuries through movement and take initiative to self massage muscles as often as needed in between RMT visits.

Keeping healthy structural alignment and movement through our core strength is also important after a massage. Learning about your problem areas and specifically balancing target muscles during a  massage is the key to prevention of ongoing soft tissue pain. Come learn some more about muscle imbalances and how they effect your structural alignment. Enjoy this new awareness with a deeper  tissue release massage that relaxes and balances your body, mind and spirit.

Registered Massage Therapist: Sandra McLaren

Sandra McLaren Viseral/Cranial Sacral Therapist.                                                                                          Sandra Mclaren- CST and Integrative Manual Therapist

Sandra received her diploma certificate of graduation from West Coast College of Massage therapy in 2005. She has gone on to study many other modalities. Her other passion combines Cranial Sacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation and Fascial work to help clients achieve a better quality of health. Since graduation Sandra has had the privilege of working at two top spas in Whistler and is currently expanding her clientele now in Pemberton her home town.

Her unique specialty in integration of three modalities promotes self healing and awareness and effectively treats clients individually and holistically working with the mind, body and soul. She does not see her clients and their aliments as challenges but instead welcomes each client as an opportunity to learn and in turn, educate. She is a B.C. Registered Massage Therapist and is covered by extended medical plans, ICBC, and RCMP claims.

Sandra is available in the studio on Wednesdays 10-5pm & Thursdays 2-7pm.
